First Step Frame has been Powder Coated
Then Lay Out the Received Parts
And Check in All Parts
Next Finger Tight assembly of Fenders,
Tank and Seat After Rear Section
Has Been Put in Finger Tight
More Assembly and Alignment
of Parts  ~ Finger Tight
Drill Holes for Fender, Mount to Struts,
Set Tank...Does it all Fit ??
Remove Fenders and Tank
The Fuel Tank should be Pressure Tested
Then Kreem inside the Tank
Now the Body Work can Start
Assemble the Forks and Install Fork Cups
Then put the Front Wheel in Place
Set Up the Correct Spacing and
Mount the Caliper and Set the Spacing
Primary Engine and Transmission
Are Set in Place Aligned
Then everything is Torqued or Tightened
After the Engine and Transmission are Done Then Align the Rear Tire
And Final Drive Chain or Belt
At this point everything Should Be Aligned
And All Fasteners Should Be Tight
Be Sure To Use
Loc-Tite (blue)
Stand back and look ~ Is everything Aligned?
    Oil Tank can be Installed                    Handlebars and Controls                Then the Clutch
It will Start to look like
